Helo bawb! Hi everyone!

It’s been another busy month here at Transform Wales.

A great day at GovCamp Cymru 2025

We kicked off the month at GovCamp Cymru 2025, where we officially launched the Transform Wales report, giving out about 60 printed copies and stickers.

A huge thanks to everyone who has been in touch since, and donated to our Crowdfunder to pay it forward.

This year’s event was a total contrast to last year’s where many people felt frustrated and let down. This time, the energy, generosity, and curiosity in every room was infectious, and proof that when you bring together people who care about public services in Wales, good ideas flow fast.

We pitched and ran a packed session on “A vision for public services in Wales”. Around 40 people joined us to explore what great public service delivery could look like, and what’s holding us back.
